When you have a family of seven, couponing is a must. I’m not an extreme couponer by any means, but I always go coupon hunting before going shopping. If I can save 10% off my total purchase or even get a buck or two off on something I was going to buy anyway, it adds up to big savings by the end of the year.
One of my favorite websites to check for coupons is Groupon Coupons. It’s like a round-up of great deals without having to hunt on each individual company’s website for current promotions. Some of the stores you can find coupons or promo codes for include such varied places as:
- Victoria’s Secret
- and lots more!
If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you probably know that in addition to saving money, I also love reading. My “to-be-read” list is hundreds of books long, no kidding. And while I like my Kindle, I still prefer to read my books the old-fashioned way when I can. The Barnes & Noble coupons available on Groupon Coupons help me feed my book addiction without breaking the bank. Right now they have a coupon for 15% off plus free shipping on orders over $25, which sounds like a book stock-up order to me! You can also see which coupons have been verified (and thus are more likely to work for you), as well as how many people have successfully used that coupon that day. (I hate it when I spend an hour filling my online shopping cart and then discover that the coupon code I have isn’t valid!)
I also save lots of money on back-to-school shopping using Groupon Coupons by checking for coupons for places like Office Depot/Office Max, JCPenney, and Payless Shoes. There are even restaurant coupons and promotions, so I can save money when I head to Starbucks or Olive Garden after the kids are off to school!
Do you use coupons when you shop (either online or in “real life”)? What’s the best deal you’ve ever gotten from Groupon Coupons?
